Watercolor with Jean McMullen

Learn the terms and techniques of watercolor in this 6 weeks class that is designed for the beginner as well as the advanced student. The classes are on going through the summer and fall. New to watercolor, learn the basic's. Intermediate to advanced, I will enhance your skills and bring new experiences to your watercolor knowledge.

This weekend workshop will help you jump into creating colorful oil landscapes. Topics include materials, studio set up, planning your composition, drawing on your canvas and more. This class is essential for those who love or would love to know more about oils and painting the landscape. At the end of this class, you will have two paintings started and inspiration to keep going to the finish line. Class is completely indoors. Lunch is on your own. Brown bag it or explore the restaurants nearby. Drinks provided. Come alone or invite a friend and enjoy the weekend together painting!

MOAM resident artist, Dawn Miller, will guide you through making your own landscapes. Dawn is an award-winning landscape artist who loves to create oil paintings that bring joy and peace to our hectic lives. She has over 20 years of experience teaching art.

Supply list will be sent. Class is limited to 10 students.
